Welcome to the Engineering Department. John Holter is the Professional Engineer, jholter@co.mckenzie.nd.us, phone extension 140. His assistants are Mike Dollinger, mdollinger@co.mckenzie.nd.us, phone extension 142 and Steven Jorgenson, sjorgenson@co.mckenzie.nd.us, phone extension 141. Also in the office is Carol Kieson, ckieson@co.mckenzie.nd.us, as Road Clerk/Superintendant of Schools. Carol is also the Dust Control Coordinator.
The function of the Engineering Department is to maintain all the county road signs, construction surveying for Road & Bridge and coordinating any asphalt and chip sealing road projects.
